The PDC cutter is in extremely high temperatures and pressures, the alloy layer of Co penetrates the diamond layer,the alloy and diamond are balanced,and the diamond layer grows on the alloy layer.The diamond layer has the high hardness,high wear resistance,and thermal conductivity of diamond,also has the strength and impact resistance tough ness of cemented carbide,making it the ideal material for manufacturing cutting tools, drilling bits,and other drilling equipment.

The planar cutters mainly adopts a D-D key/12 petal type joint surface,which has high wear resistance and impact resistance,and is used in coal mines, shale gas,or conventional geological drilling,or oil and unconventional energy drilling in soft to hard complex formations with certain abrasiveness.
